Completed applications for next year's camping season must arrive at Integra no later than November 15th. Applications are then reviewed. Where a child/adolescent appears eligible, a meeting with the family occurs and the child/adolescent participates in an assessment group. These meetings are used to assess the child/adolescent's readiness and appropriateness for the program.
A decision regarding acceptance of the child/adolescent to Camp Towhee is made in the spring.
An Integra staff member will work with the family and child/adolescent to prepare them for Camp Towhee, and meet with them after the program to give feedback.
