Each year, Integra's quality assurance program collects feedback from clients and referring community partners (hospitals, mental health agencies and private practitioners). Data is reviewed from our Client Satisfaction Questionnaire and our Referral Source Questionnaire to ensure the continuous improvement of our services and the ongoing development of our organizational goals.
